Old Town Clothing
Old Town Clothing is something I've been aware of and have meant to blog about for a while now, so here it is! They are a manufacturer of classic influenced British men's & women's work and field wear. The looks appear to be quite period, but also have a slight modern flair that would allow the pieces to be adaptable to current looks. They make approximately 50 pieces a week in their shop and offer a variety of patterns and fabrics that are British made where possible. I have to admit that I quite like the subtle, classic styling of their products and hope to be in possession of an item or two in the future. Be sure to check to check out the Piccadilly Pleasures slide show with photos by Matt Hind.

Self Edge x Union Special 43200G
The boys over at Self Edge are surely drooling over their brand new, that's right, brand new Union Special 43200G chainstitching machine! Still has the strip of test denim in it's teeth right from the factory. Won't be seeing one of these again any time soon. Congrats!

Lofgren Denim Chino's!
Ok, I've been pathetically lazy in getting this post up here, but 14oz jeans are just too tough to wear in 90+ heat. I finally gave up and hope to get a review of actually wearing them somewhere down the road. Anyhow, these amazing denim chino's by Lofgren are selling fast at Speedway! The details and craftsmanship are incredible...you'd only be cheating yourself by not getting a pair.
Early 1900's Carhartt Railroad Cap
WOW! This is one I've never seen before! Somebody really crushed this auction on eBay for over $1,200 last week. Amazing piece and fairly good condition to boot. Wonder how long until we see a similar repro on the market? I really love the patina and combination of fabrics Carhartt used in making this cap. Denim with a wabash print band really make this one stand out.
