1930's 1940's Horsehide Leather Jacket

This incredible button front horsehide jacket sold recently for just under $1,500 on eBay. Even though the buttons and lining are not original, it's rare to find a jacket of this era in such clean condition. The combination of belted back and button front also contributed to it's high value. Congrats to the lucky winner!

Cooperstown Ball Cap Co. x Archival Clothing

The one and only baseball cap I own is a Cooperstown Ball Cap Co. version of a 1921 Detroit Tigers cap that I purchased a couple of years back from the folks at Detroit Athletic Co.. Since then, Cooperstown ceased to manufacture caps for the major league teams. However, they are back with a new line of caps featuring minor league and non-professional league teams. Their first venture appears to be teams from the Pacific Coast League. The folks at Archival Clothing love these hats as much as I do, so they are carrying a few limited styles this summer. Pick one up as I'm sure they'll go fast! More info. HERE....ordering HERE!

1940's Carhartt Union Made Chore Cap

These things have been selling like hotcakes for months now! It's no surprise this example went for nearly $400 in a recent eBay auction. I love the mixture of the denim and railroad stripe materials Carhartt used on this one.

1930's Carhartt Salesman's Sample Overalls

This is something you won't see again for a long, long time! Fantastic pair of tiny (16 1/2" long) Carhartt overalls that are most likely a salesman's sample. Complete and perfect in every way, they still have gained some patina from storage and/or age over the past 70 years or so. I really love the buckle back! Sure enough they sold for a nice price at over $1,500 on eBay.
