1930's Black Leather Grizzly Jacket

One of the most amazing and iconic styles of the past century, you either love or hate the Grizzly Jacket. I've been lusting after one for several years, but have yet to score one for my own collection. This particular jacket sold for just about $1,730 on eBay! Note the unusual patina and texture of the leather.

it's strange, this leather look like pig leather, but too regular...Do you known what leather is? Horsehide?

It is an odd texture on the leather....could be lamb or maybe they stamped a pattern into the leather?

Perhaps it's stamped, your right, because it's very regular, but I don't understand why...

It's definitely a textured (man made) leather. Probably just for looking awesome. There are two currently listed on eBay, but in a more traditional leather. I think this one is much more killer.
