Patrick Segui RIVETED said...: gee!! now i remember ...getting old my friend ...in fact Django left the Selmer in France as he thought that he will be offered a GIBSON upon his arrival in the US being the great Django and so on... .do not forget the great gypsy had an ego as big as the Eiffel tower ...well it never happened and he was forced to borrow mediocre instruments so far away from his iin style and sound that he has never felt comfy while playing for the Duke.....it was here in the US that he played electric for the first time influenced by the be-boppers; August 10, 2010 at 2:25 PM
