1930's Photo I.D. Badge

I guess you could say that I'm a man of many obsessions and collections. One thing that I've accumulated over the past few years is a small collection of vintage photo identification badges from the 1930's - 1950's. Here's a nice example that recently sold for about $46 on eBay (sadly not in my collection):

Update: Here's a few I've collected myself recently:

1920's 1930's Headlight Overall Advertising Signs

1930's 1940's Sweet-Orr Whipcord Uniform Jacket

This beautiful, but painfully small, dead stock jacket recently sold for a healthy $676 on eBay. Called the "Immaculate Mac", this is a break from the zip-up whipcord jackets commonly seen for sale. Congrats to the winner whoever you may be!

King of Vintage

Anyone who's anyone in the world of vintage knows Larry McKeon of Heller's Cafe. Author the MyFreedamn series Rin Tanaka has come out with a fantastic (should I say forthcoming?) book called the "King of Vintage No. 1 - Hellers Cafe". Still not available on Rin's website, you can get a nice preview (www.myfreedamn.com):
