1930's 1940's Deadstock Carhartt Duck Overalls

This beautiful pair of deadstock Carhartt overalls sold for $255 on eBay recently. Love the brown cotton duck material! Costing a paltry $3.89 when new, they have garnered a little patina during storage particularly on the buttons and rivets. A nice addition to anyones vintage workwear collection.

That's the heartbreak of collecting vintage...you can't keep it all! I think of all the things I've sold over the years and I could have filled my home from top to bottom if I'd kept it all.
