Life Magazine Article - "Tattos Cover Acres Of U.S. Sailor Skin"

Found this in a 1940 Life Magazine issue on the U.S. Navy. This was one of the sailors that was featured in my earlier post on Navy tattoos. I had to scan the article in two pieces:

This is great! I did a feature on this guy awhile back, but I've never seen the actual article writing on it.

Man, there is some fantastic stuff on the Navy in this issue. I'll be posting more on it in the future. It's the October 28, 1940 Life Magazine if you want to search for it. Looks like they were gearing up for war even before Pearl Harbor.
